Return policy
At Thompson & Co, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
Our return policy is final and applies to all orders.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts and components.
- Normal handling is allowed, but any damage caused by improper use or careless handling is excluded.

Hygienic products (e.g. underwear, beauty tools, or any item that comes into direct contact with skin or body) are excluded from return once the packaging is opened, due to health and safety regulations.
- If the product was received in a defective condition, it must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt. If all conditions are met, we will confirm the return and proceed with the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they have been used, damaged, or do not meet the conditions above.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to: info@thompson-co.com
2. Make sure the email includes the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer’s shipping address
Once we review your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the return to the original sender’s address, as this may delay processing!
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
Cancellation Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
However, as we operate with a fully automated processing system, orders are executed immediately upon placement. Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times can be longer, and we have no control over customs delays. If your package is already in transit, you cannot cancel your order but may return it once it arrives by following the return process above.
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately at info@thompson-co.com. We will do our best to stop the order before shipping, but this is not guaranteed.
If you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you must return them at your own expense. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure the fastest possible return processing, we kindly ask you to provide us with a shipping confirmation once you have sent your return.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges and shipping insurance (if purchased) are non-refundable.
- If you selected a premium or expedited shipping method, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.
